Please note, we are now taking applications for season two, here in Tampa Bay. Due to many of the first time contestants having reapplied, we are experiencing a low amount of availabilities for season two. Every week, our show features different contestants paired up in teams of 2 anglers, fishing either Offshore or Inshore in a points based tournament format. At the end of our 12 week season, the Inshore team with the most points will fish against the Offshore team with the most points in the beautiful Islands of the Bahamas, all expense paid. (Air travel, accommodations and fishing trip) Below, you will find a detailed explanation of how the Fishing Challenge works. Whether you choose to fish Inshore or Offshore, this is an exciting opportunity to be the star of the show and receive a lot of valuable prizes and amenities from our sponsors.

Your Choice of Fishing dates: after September 26, 2004. Any Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

Must be a Monday evening arrival, fish Tuesday, Tuesday evening arrival, fish Wednesday or Wednesday evening arrival, fish Thursday. Contestants must arrive by 7:00pm. at Resort location to be announced.

The undersigned enters into this Agreement with Twyla Productions Inc. ("Producers"). I have been informed and understand that Producers are producing a videotaped television program and that my name, likeness, image, voice, appearance and/or performance is being recorded and made a part of that production known as, ("The Fishing Challenge") to be broadcast anytime.

1. All Fishing Challenge Contestants must be 16 years of age or older. Under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian older than 18 years of age.

2. I grant Producers and their designees the right to use my name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, and performance as embodied in the Product whether recorded on or transferred to videotape, film, slides, photographs, audio tapes, or other media, now known or later developed. This grant includes without limitation the right to edit, mix or duplicate and to use or reuse the Product in whole or part as Producers may elect. Producers or their designees shall have complete ownership of the Product in which I appear, including copyright interests, and I acknowledge that I have no interest or ownership in the Product or its copyright.

3. I also grant Producers and their designees the right to broadcast, exhibit, market, sell and otherwise distribute the Product, either in whole or in parts, and either alone or with other products, for commercial or noncommercial television or theater, closed-circuit exhibition, home video distribution or any other purpose that Producers or their designees in their sole discretion may determine. This grant includes the right to use the Product for promoting or publicizing any of the uses.

4. I confirm that I have the right to enter into this Agreement, that I am not restricted by any commitments to their parties, and that Producers have no financial commitment or obligations to me as a result of this Agreement. I hereby give all clearances, copyright and otherwise, for use of my name likeness, image, voice, appearance and performance embodied in the Product. I expressly release and indemnify Producers and their officers, employees, agents and designees from any and all claims known and unknown arising out of or in any way connected with the above granted uses and representations. The rights granted Producer herein are perpetual and worldwide.

5. Contestants and Captains/Guides herby waive and release any and all claims against the Producers for personal injury, property damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, change in itinerary or accommodations, or other irregularities, which may occur due to, but not limited to: negligence, arbitrary act, death, act of God, weather conditions or omissions on part of all parties, their employees or other, whether or not under the control of the Producers.

Check in at Resort is at 7:00pm and check out is the following morning before fishing trip begins. Keys must be handed to Fishing Challenge personnel before fishing trip begins.Tipping your captain is encouraged and appreciated at 10% of your entry fee.
